New map?
No, by the looks of it, Offlimits is have large maps, similar to a Bad Company map like in Rush where its in sections. Colored area is probly what they got done.

I made a news post explaining it, but it takes a while for it go live. It's Undersiege, an updated version of it. The old one was too big and had areas in it which didn't have much action. Now it's all closer together (still huge) and also fixed the layout so vehicles area easier to navigate through it. News post should be up today I hope.
Oh, and the colored area is the playable area. It's sort of an aerial shot of the "war zone" :)
