This mod re-skins Caesar into a "REAL LIFE" modern day likeness, correction:a true equivalent of the Caesar from fnv lore. Caesar started out with thefollowers to spread "Change" to the wasteland. To help the poor and sick.BUT OH HELL!!! HE EXPANDED HIS AUTHORITAH!!!
INSTALLATION: Just extract the contents of the "Data" folder to the Data folder in your fallout new vegas main directory (where the game is installed).
