This mod improves the Zero Hour game by fixing almost all bugs in the game, with tons of balances, improved AI, and many enhanced features. There are also additional stuffs for all factions and sub-factions including Civilians. This mod also including playable Boss General with fully functional AI.
Lovely. Something in between a content expanding mod and a fan patch improving existing content and systems, while most of effort was put into fixing every visual error and gameplay bug left by EA, there's plenty of new content that fits in well. While it can't match mods like Shockwave in abundance of content, it feels surprisingly close to vanilla, a vanilla from an alternate universe where developers were give more time to polish every aspect imaginable and diversify the existing sub-factions.
It improves options menu with new settings, tweaks skirmish maps and other aspects, too, which is overall fantastic.

The mod was good; it improves the vanilla Zero Hour gameplay in many aspects. Shockwave and Rise of the Reds are better than this mod, but I say that this mod was one of the best.

I absolutely love it, it actually makes it worth playing skirmish matches now. The improved AI is surprisingly cunning.
This mod fixes tons of bugs and minor problems of ZH, and adds a lot of units for those factions that were lacking stuff in vZH.
And there is lots of other good content as well, like detailed tooltips, enhanced general's challenge, etc.
I would recommend this mod to everyone who wants to play a balanced, fixed and improved ZH.
