Oh dear god... scariest (but not necassarily best) yet. Maybe you should leave it out... Anyways, the arm thing would automatically make other zombies look exactly like duplicates, which would SUCK!
obviusly he was cought in a gas station explosion, and his hand was cut off as he fought a guy with a machete believing him to be a zombie. so he was taken to the hospital where the zombie doctors was feeling a little hungry and nom nom'd some of him, and then he became a zombie himself.
I actually can picture him ingame. Your walking down the hallway in the hospital and then... The power shuts off... You see him limping down the hallway on one leg and making a grunting noise. Then. You quickly take out a desert Eagle and BAM BAM BAM . ****** go bye bye :D
This... is scarier than hell. Don't put it in the final game haha!

i think he was sleeping a doctor saw zombies so he wanted to kill a person he cut him in the arm and the zombies did the rest
