This is an infected person who is nearly dead and about to die. Their corpse will turn into a zombie. There are no player zombies.
Makes sense. And good detail, in that case.
You should add a outrageous bloom effect resembling a heightened sensory overload that zombies most likely experience, if they were real of course.
