This mod provides the option to the holder of HRE to either dismantle the HRE altogether, providing freedom to all HRE vassals including the Holder of HRE, or to renounce HRE and proclaim the Foundation of German Empire in her stead. This mod was developed on a request by thelostsoul565 on Reddit.
