A mod with tons of custom weapons, new gore stuff, ninja replacements for force powers, and other random things. This was completely a for-fun project and it turned out quite nicely. Made by Rich Whitehouse.

This is a multiplayer mod made by Rich Whitehouse. It removes force powers, but adds plenty tons of ninja-ish melee weapons, like swords, hammers, axes, staffs, etc. You can also throw these a lot differentely that in the regular game. There's also a bunch of new special moves, like whirldwind.
Besides the melee weapons, there are also throwable shurikens with a special in which you can throw a ton of them at once and akimbo pistols for a bit of easy ranged damage.
Lastly, there's a plenty of blood!

i have downloaded pretty much every major mod for jka, for sp and mp, and i mod myself so i can tell you that this mod took some effort and is a good piece of work
off the top of my head you do something like this...
put the ninja folder into your gamedata folder (usually C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData), run multiplayer, go to options, click on mods, select ninja mod and then load mod
