Until TCPLink.uc is broken in Postal 2 Complete it's not possible to make MasterServer work properly.
So now you can use newer version of join browser: new direct open window with connection status verification, and newer LAN window page.
Future development: Master server list may be fixed in near future, Regular (admin of 333networks) offered me his help with UDP protocol. So it's possibility to make work server list by ourselves.

99% done, I hope that means soon, Iv'e wanted a postal 2 coop mod since it was first released, and now one exists but it crashes after loading :P thankyou for your work, I am so looking forward to finally playing it.
