Neptune is a single-player modification for Half-Life 2, taking place entirely outside the mother game's universe. Set primarily onboard a mysterious and desolate cruise liner, floating in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, Neptune allows the player to slowly unravel the dark and disturbing past of the ship as he/she explores its once-grand rooms, corridors, concert halls, restaurants, bars and maintenance areas. Taking influence from games such as System Shock 2, BioShock, Thief: Deadly Shadows and Silent Hill, Neptune is an atmospheric, narrative-driven, horror-based shooter; an exercise in videogame storytelling and tense level design. It is expected to be released in Q3 2009.

Feels like the millionth time I've said this since yesterday, but read the news post and the design philosophy I mentioned in it. We're trying to utilise as much existing content from Half-Life 2 as possible, in order to focus our attention on creating an atmospheric and involving game experience.
That said, there are additional tweaks to do on the military types - these are all WIP skins, actually. Probably should make that clear.
I didn't read the news post, it's that simple. Half the news posts I see offer little interesting information. And everything else I see looks great; I just really dislike the HL2 rebel outfits, because so many HL2 mods out there don't bother to add any new skins whatsoever. It gets old - fast. But again, all the other pictures look fantastic, and you've really done a great job at creating a unique atmosphere.
