Checksum should be HSWR.
Mostly bug fixes (a lot of them very stupid - I apologise), readded the ports and forts building decisions, added Rhenish, added Gran Colombian and Venezuelan corses on some claimed provinces in Guayana. Removed the Leader Portraits from IGoR PUIR, as I found them to waste quite some time when launching the game and unpacking it. Italy has been changed a bit.

Installation: Open your Victoria 2 game files
(if you bought the game on Steam, right click on it in your library, click on properties, then on 'browse local files'),
open the NLR zip file,
copy the Napoleon's Legacy Remake folder and Napoleon's Legacy Remake .mod file to the /mod folder in your game files.
Delete the Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria II/Napoleon's Legacy Remake/map folder if region borders look weird
Hey, when I tried to "reconquer" south Italy as Byzantium, I could not do it, because the condition said "Papal states owned by Byzantine Empire" and it was unchecked. I think the code is wrong, because it reads that country like it was a state.

when i download this new version and move the files over and such it wont bring up a link where i can play it

correct. it acts like it downloads when i go through the steps but when i open up my launcher its not there to click on
