INSTALLATION:
1. Go to your GTA Vice City/Models folder and replace 'generic.txd' with the one from my mod.
2. Open gta3.IMG (with IMG Tool or similar) and delete all the associated TXDs as listed under *TXD.IMG. Be sure to back them up first.
3. Add all the TXDs in the TXD.IMG folder of this mod.
4.Run the game
