note: in order to use this neighbor you have to enter a level that doesn't have a blueprint in the neighbors place. there has to be a "neighbor start" in the map. these are basically made for using different neighbors in the level. when you click on the "neighbor start" you will need to look at the "details" window that pops up. you will need to scroll down until you see "neighbor start: class spawn" there will be a drop down menu and you will need to choose my custom neighbor (or any other neighbor that might be there depending on the mods you have installed.) if the neighbor start isn't there and instead it is just the blueprint of the neighbor there is a fairly decent chance that replacing that neighbor with my custom neighbor will break the level. (no matter how severe the problem is.)

lol so right, mechanisms are not in the content mod folder and they use the mechanisms in the mod kit.

100% Correct, they use the mechanisms from the mod kit, also in the street mod, they don't even have the mechanisms in the mod content folder.
