Frost + Source Files version 2 - My CoD2 custom maps mod for Call of Duty 2

CHANGELOG:

- Doors won't close automatically anymore, player can now press [USE] to open AND close doors. This should fix the issues of doors closing on you and getting stuck

- Doors now have sounds, I forgot to add the dooropen and doorclose sounds to the .csv files. Now each door will make a creek noise while opening or closing.

- Cold Breath level effects, due to very cold environment the soldiers' breaths can now be visible.

NOTE: I'm completely finished with this map now, if you encounter any other bugs or issues, unfortunately I'm not interested in polishing the map anymore. I've been constructing it for over a year and quite frankly, I'd like to move on to other projects.
