This is a configuration setup to make the Xbox Gamepads button layout better on Mupen64Plus. The default Xbox Gamepad controls in Mupen64Plus do not seem to be well designed. This will help improve the controls.

To setup, download the file and open up the Xbox Controls.txt file and copy all of the text inside. Then open your InputAutoCfg.ini file which can be found in your Mupen64Plus directory and press Ctrl+F. Search for "xbox" and replace the configuration for every xbox controller configuration. Then save the InputAutoCfg.ini file.
