PowerBattles V5.5 addon

Frequenters of the EW Powerbattles Official server will recognize this as the version I've been refining for a while now.

Now the rest of you can use it :p

I will quickly run through the philosophy of this version.

There are no new classes in this release. After 5.4, I decided that I needed to concentrate on what I had for one release since there was much lopsidedness among classes... there still is lopsidedness, but it is much reduced. Almost all of the classes have had changes, ranging from minor tweaks to major overhauls.
