Mount & Blade:Freelancer gives the player the option to immerse themselves in combat between the Lords of Calradia serving on the front line, you are no longer the commander YOU serve your Lord as a soldier. You will gain experience in your commanders army and as you gain rank you will acquire better equipment, if you're hungry the quartermaster will feed you. You will gain respect from fellow soldiers and have the option to Rebel against the commander or Desert your post. When all the fighting gets too much for you or you need to conduct your own personal business take some personal leave. The mod is always in development to make your experience as a soldier feel as real as possible, remember it's not easy being a pleb! Back to the Front! Modmerger source is and will be available for other modders to include Freelancer in their own mods with each version release. -G

Release News. Freelancer 1.51 Modmerger & Standalone Available soon!

As per the last release of Floris Mod, The Freelancer team is releasing the modifications made as Freelancer 1.51. The Modmerger source will be released first and then soon after Freelancer 1.51 standalone installer will be released hopefully for Mount & Blade 1.153.

In other news, we are looking at developing Freelancer for Mount & Blade : With Fire & Sword. If anyone is interested in porting Freelancer to WFS let us know at Freelancer on the taleworlds forum by PMing Taragoth. We will keep you up to date with any changes and news about our new main version 2.0 where we will be introducing the ability to join "others" ;)
