It reminds me of a gas mask or maybe a weird ritual mask.

Mask of Purification / Purgation
Blessing / Breath of Peryite
Maulborn Mask
Llodos' / Knahaten' Cure
Enchantment suggestions:
Constant effect: Resist disease 50% / 75% or/and Resist poison 30% / 40%
Cast on use: Poison 20-50 and maybe weakness to poison 50% / 70%

I like this one because this helmet/mask is pretty much "faceless" and fate supposed to be rather unknow so this is kinda sarcastic byt fitting name. Also sounds a little mystic.
