This mod adds a likeness companion of an African-American actor and his On-Screen Personas'.
I call him the Freemanator...
INSTALLATION: Just extract the contents of the "Data" folder to the Data folder in your fallout new vegas main directory (where the game is installed).
You can find him at the Big Horn Saloon Boulder City.

i tried installing it, but it didnt work
My apologies, I haven't been on here in good while. Did you activate the esp after placing the contents of data into the data in your new vegas folder?
I may sound like a noob but I'm new at this so how do you activate an esp file? and do you put all the contents of every folder in the data? and where do i put the sounds?
Download Nexus Mod Manager, in there you can activate esp and esm files. And yes, you put all the contents of the mod including the sounds in the data.
