LAW & ORDER: You can not go around using every single executions on your prisoners mellow nellow! You have to have a certain level of "Punishment Law" to be able to use much more harsher executions! TORTURE: Think that your prisoner doesn't deserve a clean quick death? Edge them on by torturing them at your will! Be careful though, as they have a chance of dying during your vendetta. DECISIONS & EVENTS: Every decision you make in terms of how you want to execute your prisoners will fire off an event that will give flavour to your decisions! PRE-REQUISITES: Not everyone can use certain executions. Some have culture or religious requirements to be able to use them! Find out which cultures and religions can use what!

Version 0.32 has been released! This update mostly covers fixes, but also introduces a lot of new things such as Nicknames, quirky executions, and a brand new trait!

NEW FEATURES:

  • Added "Converse" in which you can talk your prisoner to death (has_trait = imbecile)
  • Added the "Sadist" trait
  • Frequent use of Torture may lead to your character getting the "Sadist" trait
  • Added the possibility of getting "The Torturer" nickname
  • Added the possibility of getting "The Merciful" nickname
  • Added the possibility of getting "The Merciless" nickname
  • Added the possibility of getting "The ♥♥♥♥" nickname

CHANGES:

  • Fixed the transparent background for "Merciful" trait
  • Fixed the transparent background for "Merciless" trait
  • Increased the likelihood of the "Merciful" trait event firing
  • Increased the likelihood of the "Merciless" trait event firing
  • "Torture" will show up in the person's decisions tab by default
  • Likelihood of prisoner's death during Torture is increased if they are already maimed
  • If a prisoner dies during Torture, their death will be labelled as, "Died in X's Dungeon"
  • Death by "Devour" will now be labelled as, "Murder", from "Executed"
  • Death by Religious Sacrifice will now be labelled as, "Sacrifice", from "Executed"

FIXES:

  • Disallowed the Merciful trait to be obtained by randomly generated characters
  • Disallowed the Merciless trait to be obtained by randomly generated characters
  • Fixed Torture decisions having two occasions where you could obtain the "Cruel" trait
