Shield Breaker- Anti-building, heavily armored unit.

Right now, I've got the basic set up done. I may announced 2 or 3 more units, and change some text, but for the most part the human race is done. I need to see if there needs to be rebalancing or identify bugs, and glitches. (Heroes wont be included in this release.)
