This mod was created by request. It alters the default production, research, population growth, and ship travel speeds so that everything takes twice as long. Selecting slower game speeds in the advanced setup options will create even slower speeds. It works with other mods including 5X, but you should put this mod last (at the bottom) in the mods list in game.
