Did you notice that when you have the (fanatic) egalitarian ethos, that you don't have the ability say that synthetics are equal beings too. I thought that this is a bit strange, since the point of an egalitarian civilization is exactly that everyone is the same. So I created this mod to make the artificial intelligence policy option of citizen rights available for egalitarian civilizations. Civilizations with the (fanatic) xenophile or (fanatic) spiritualist ethos are able to use this policy setting as well. Let me know when you experience any problems or for suggestions.
