So I finally got around and replaced vanilla knives with something up to date, better models and textures for all. All vanilla knives got replaced with different versions with the exception of the M9 Bayonet as it's too damn cool to replace, which also is the vanilla knife we first used in the STALKER franchise, so it stays and gets a nice upgrade. These knives will keep their original properties as they share the same looks and details with the original base, so no, you can't kill a chimera with the M7 bayonet.
Names go as follow:
AK74 Bayonet
AKM Bayonet
M7 Bayonet
M9 Bayonet
SOG KNIFE
HK G36 and 416 series bayonet
it is planned to add more bayonets? im thinking about the K98 Bayonet, Ka-Bar and Bowie Knife
More melees are planned, including K98 Bayonet and Bowie Knife. Ka-Bar is already in the mod as part of TAZ melees, check traders, one of them will eventually sell it for you.
