Not really, but it shouldn't be hard to extract, it's not engine editing, just playing around with ui files
I'm very sorry for asking again but what programs do you use for porting, I just want to attempt this. Also nice work. :)
I use 3DS Max, Blender, and Milkshape for models, other tools as well but these are the main and most important. Photoshop and Paint.NET for textures, but it's not about the programs, it's about how to use them, and boi that is so not easy without a long stash of tutorials and guidance.

A question before I cream my pantaloons in excitement, sir. Is this going to be, like, a full official port to Anomaly?
Well, it's not full port, not in the literal meaning, it's a rebuild of the mod using Anomaly. Not porting everything thing from 2.0, rather making new changes and using new models, well, restoring some old models but nothing too old compared to the new looks.
