One of many Beretta creations to hit the zone. Unlike the civilian CX4 Storm, the MX4 is capable of full automatic fire, and with the small 9mm caliber the weapon has a low recoil which makes an easy to handle sub-machine guns. Another toy for Sonic the hedgehog "aka. Recon" to enjoy.

The main two differences between this and the CX4 is the long barrel and the firing mod. MX4 has shorter barrel, meaning a little shorter firing range, but hey! 9mm ammo was never meant for long range, so why bother? :p
Short answer: no we won't have the CX, you can switch to semi auto with this MX and try taking out 6 bandits at once, than come back and tell us how it felt :D

I'm sure once it's out, with some limited training, the model could be modified for longer barrel and code changed to only allow semi-auto. It'll take a lot of time though.
It won't take a lot of time tho', roughly 10mins if you know what you're doing :) But it really isn't worth it.

Nah just checked, it's made by a guy called odec3D in gamebanana. I got the model from p3dm site, the gamebanana file was trashed by the author.
Is there a possibility that we will get some explosive fun? Something like RPG-2 or maybe disposable launchers like M72, RPG-26... Hell, it would be helluva fun to barbecue blodsuckers with RPO :D
Anything like that with a good model avaiable should be plausible, as I guess it uses the same mechanics as the RPG7.
But, we better wait for the master to answer :D

Ah, yes. i seem to recall something like that in BF4. A carbine or smg or something. I think it is the only one available to the engineer for myself. Anyway, let me leave the past in 2014. This is new and exiting... you know what i mean.

Hopes can't make things go any faster, if we rush the mod we'll just end up with a a screwed up release with so many bugs. We will take a the time it takes to make it a master piece.
If I was to model and texture a Phillips and Rodgers Medusa M47 Multi-caliber Revolver would you import into the game? I don't know how the X-ray engine works with it's ammo types and if it is even possible to program a weapon to use multiple calibers with it.
I surely would put the gun into the game, but from what I learned it needs new animations, and the engine is surely won't allow multi caliber loading for this one, of course unless we either get a modified engine "say Open Xray", or we troll the current engine and make it think that the gun is actually a shotgun, this way we will be able to load different calibers in one cylender.
Sounds like a lot of work for just one gun as I imagine you would have to create a duplicate type of the same caliber that would only work with the revolver just like the shotgun shells in the game. Other than that for now I am working on modelling a few weapons designed by some deviantart artists but I will probably get around to modelling this revolver anyway and maybe even animating it but I will need to find a rig for stalker that works with Blender or I will take 1000 years trying to animate with 3DS Max :P I also don't know how to export them to the X-ray engine so theres that :). It surely will be hell gettinf such a thing to work with all pissible work around, but without proper engine tweaks it will always look weird. I'd say it's best if you try modelling something the engine won't b*tch about :P

beside add weapon, do you remake the ammo box model or other item model like food, drink, medicine, compoment, ?
Ammunition yes. Medicine possibly, I have some good models for pills and such. Food also possible. All will possibly have no core change for configs. Other times will get better models as well.
Is it possible to port this weapon into ANOMALY?
