Crash fro equipping certain guns Thread - The Armed Zone mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Equipping couple of guns crashes the game instantly. So far it's AMD 65 and KSVK and i'm still checking for more. I'm using the spawn menu btw. Also couple of guns in the spawn menu are Titled "DESC" and the game crashes instantly the moment i try to spawn them. There are three of them in the TAZ SMG menu.

And finally, the PPsh sounds are bugged.

Any guns titled DESC are likely new gun additions coming in the next patch, MPX included. mp5lng said they'd CTD for sure and to avoid spawning them for now.

As for the other two, I just spawned both of those, equipped, fired, reloaded and dropped them just fine. Which version are you using? While AMD 65 is a TAZ addition, the KSVK is a Misery gun, although TAZ may have updated its animations.

Edit: I had no crashes when i switched from Object dynamic lighting to Enhanced dynamic lighting (DX9).

AMD is a really interesting gun, sometimes it crashes the game, but most of the time when you reload it runs fine for so long. I honestly have no clue what's the issue since the log says nothing, so I'd just say reload your game and it'll work. Same happens with standard and custom UZI since they use the same model and animations. As for KSVK, that's a first, and the frigging thing is rarely used by anyone in TAZ.
