as the red army realised that importance of improving their tesla weaponry ,they improved the tesla exo suite to a standard high sov tech ,making the old one looks like proto type version ,what makes it special is that being a heavy armor makes the soldiers protected from standard anti infantry tactics ,like snipers,dogs and tank crushing however being heavy it slows down the soldiers movements beside that it gets the advantage of a new tesla amplifier back bake which increases the power and range of tesla weapons and even more if the new tesla troops get close "works like the horde ability of the battle masters tanks" and at last the ability to build small defensive tesla coiles at the battle field "ps it is a t3 expensive unit"

I wonder why you plan to redesign Soviet and Allied from scratch rather then taking Ra3's design like what the summary said?
who said im doing it from scratch? As a gamer i like some stuff and dont like others so i change them to what i belive that is better and adding what is missed beside this one is an addition not a replacement
