wellcome commanders at the vortex of war which is a mod for generals aiming to combine all factions from ra2,ra3,c&c3;,c&c4; and about 3 tottaly new factions and adding new units for the original factions for the sake of ultimate war.
im back and im working mostly on codes and sound work so there is no much to show but keep the faith on many things are done and many are revamped to suit a higher quality
sorry for the lake of updates recently but thats due to most of the work is headed towards codes and sound work and not much vesuals to show at the point but many things that were considered low quality are now in revamping process to suit the new standards , btw keep an eye on the facebook page ill post more exclusive news there that r not big enough to be spammed here :)

move to CnC 3 or Red alert 3
it will do allot good to your models and textures :)
But turn into a headache for some coding things, speaking of RA3 :) CnC3 is the best other option, but ZH is still sufficient.
the mod have been frozen for over 4 years and i still get the same request :P well i barely have time to get used to a whole new engine to work with and gen zh is over all the best option i the big picture not the best in naval warfare but better than ra3 and tw in many other things

I didn't know Generals could support Naval. O.o
it does , not the best experience u can expect compared to red alert but still a good one :)
Tw can also support Naval (there's Russian mod somewhere that added few ships but only to two maps)
TW engine is upgraded ver of BFME engine and generals engine leftovers are presented there, which hint that BFME engine is upgraded ver of general engine
And in case you didn't played BFME, you can have ships there
Ships yes...all saga engines suppor water locomotor logic that makes ships possible as u know there r some ships in the campaign messions in tw after all if u noticed :) however the issue is building a naval ward kn water surface the codes for gen are not mine but we work to evolve it in the community together ,as for tw I have no idea about the possibilities there ..
It possible one mod made it happened and even I myself made few units pass on water
But the issue is that the map need to be build for it, unit with the water locomotor will fly on hills or do some crazy stuff if the map not build for them
If they only naval units however it will be less issue
