MMH5.5 is an unofficial expansion pack for HOMM5 Tribes of the East (standalone) or HOMM5 Complete. The pack will include many new adventure objects, new larger battlefields, new heroes, new classes, new specializations, new skills, new artifacts, new adventure spells, new HD textures and a greatly improved RMG with more than 60 'visualized' Templates. The AI is much more intelligent and calculated much faster. Balance is also greatly improved both for small competitive multiplayer maps as well as crazy XXXL maps with countless epic battles vs Neutrals and AI.

Mah dudes, all ye that have ever wanted HOMM 5 to be better. This is the mod for you. It is a shining example of Heroes modding. 10/10 would raise the dead again as a Dark Elf Warlock.
This mod change average heroes 5 game to levels of h3 wog , with less options thats tru but so much better random map generator.. Main changes are super random map generator , 3 classes for each faction so the replay ability on hot seat is superb. This is somehow i imagine h5 , old heroes 5 was 7/10 (H7 1/10,H6 5/10 ,WOG 10/10) to me but this is 10/10 definitely.. its still expanding with super new features so looks promising to the future.Thank autor for such great work and perfect understanding of what this game was lacking without this mod.

A totally new experience that leaves you with a feeling that only Now the game Heroes 5 is Complete. All that was lacking in it and even a lot more than that is finally here.
This mod is obligatory for anyone valuing time spent on Heroes V. It makes things more interesting after all these years of compulsive playing you thought you knew all there was. In a way you can compare it to WoG (but without any game-flipping additions) it just makes everything "more", so to speak.
This mod , is the best of the whole mods for this game .
Maybe possible modfication to improve the mod . The level 7 units stats modification (Personaly : mostly The health points should be renovate upper )
But the other mod features,are fantastic.

-More artifacts
-extended Race classes & Skils.
Afterwards:This mod Created the Best hybrid of all MMH games .
And last . J have one small problem with the arcane eagle and the phoenix . Why . Becuse sure thing taths not elementals.And again asking why . Becuse this creatures Death bodys dont disappear from the batlefield , in short why dont be able to resurect.(if, when repair tis problem . I 100 % satisfied,)go on.
Otherwise , this mod is a Masterpiece.

Vanilla Heroes 5 is a good game, but even being so it gets stale after 5-6 dozen games. Not a bad thing in itself, you just got all the game had to offer. This mod is, essentially, a total conversion that turns the game on it's head making it feel fresh once again. The only downside of this mod I can think of is that it makes the game too balanced decreasing player skill ceiling and taking away fun OP stuff, but it does make up for it making previously useless stuff viable.
Registered on moddb just to review this game, it's that good.
5.5 is now my all time favorite Heroes game.
