MMH5.5 is an unofficial expansion pack for HOMM5 Tribes of the East (standalone) or HOMM5 Complete. The pack will include many new adventure objects, new larger battlefields, new heroes, new classes, new specializations, new skills, new artifacts, new adventure spells, new HD textures and a greatly improved RMG with more than 60 'visualized' Templates. The AI is much more intelligent and calculated much faster. Balance is also greatly improved both for small competitive multiplayer maps as well as crazy XXXL maps with countless epic battles vs Neutrals and AI.
Great mod that adds reasonable changes to the game's mechanics to keep it replayable and fair in multiplayer. If you want to play vs bots you get a much more intelligent and faster AI. It definitely deserves much more attention than it actually has.
It's something that I was waiting for a long time and something that made me play this game again.
forget what ubisoft has done with heroes and play this,it improves so much and is a must have for any heroes fan

This mod feels like a new game to us. It makes H5 into what the mythical H8 ought to be.
Now if only Ubi would give us first-person perspective in a 3D game world in H8...
Really an incredible job, i played 2 matches, and the game is really more balanced and enjoyable.
I love how the description had been filled with good explanations, giving you a better look to the abilities of the creatures and heroes.
I would love 100% translation in italian, so i would let some of my friend to get interested to this mod, if there is a way to help with the translation please contact me, i will help.

MMH5.5 comes in when vanilla Heroes 5 is already 100% completed but you still want more.
Gameplay, balance and graphical improvements are huge, some of the best implemented mechanics are:
Town specific portal spell from H3;
Mixed neutral armies;
Random Map Generator with hardcore options you need so much and lots more.

An absolute improvement on the game
An enormous effort has been put into this project and it's clearly visible: it changes the game into something completely else, it moves its borders much further.
Almost everything has been improved, the mod took the best of Heroes games.
