"Mideast Crisis 2"(MeC2) is a total conversion for "Command and Conquer 3: Tiberian Wars" and is developed by Isotx as the sequel to its "Command and Conquer: Generals - Zero Hour" conversion "Mideast Crisis". The staff for MeC2 is largely composed of core team members from past SAGE engine mods such as; Blitzkrieg 2, Halogen (now known as Asylum), Mideast Crisis and Rise of Rome.
MeC2 features 3 distinct factions; Israel Defense Forces, the Guardians of Islam and the UN Peacekeepers which you can play in both multiplayer and singleplayer spanning maps (and missions) from Beirut to Jerusalem.
MeC2's gameplay focuses on occupation warfare within cities using 3 types of resources; moneyfuel (from oil derricks and gas stations) and special ammunition (from ammo crates). We're also bringing back secondary resources in the form of; embedded reporters, settlements and hacking. (from occupation taxes),

I liked how they mentioned the fact that Jews and Muslims share the same God. I am a Muslim and I am disappointed that the two factions have not yet given up their pretensions to racial supremacy and that they cannot coexist. A pluralistic state of Greater Jerusalem will be the only answer in the long run. One side will always get too greedy, and it will only end in violence. Forcing the two peoples to live together, to learn to accept one another will allow a lasting peace.
Well luckyhat, it has nothing to do with race. And they do not have the same God. The muslums belive that the only way their god will forgive and love them is by martyrdom. After killing themselfs and possibly several others, they belive they go to heaven where god grants them with sex from near under aged girls. Murder, opression, hate ect. are all side effects of practicing the religion correctly. Untill every Jew, Christian or any other group of people are destroyed or converted, their mission is not complete. And before you label me as a bigot I would like to point out that I got this all from a "Koran". Can you blame the nation of Israel for defending itself from the horrors they wish to bring upon them? I think not. Unfortunantly man is not capable to end such violence Mr. hat, quite a shame it is.
Have you actually read the Quran? it has the same messages as the bible but through different stories. The interpretation of "suicide bombing=sex with virgins" comes from the terrorist factions NOT directly from the Quran. The only way to have peace throughout the entire world would be to keep everyone undereducated, get rid of religion, and for a single country that has control over the entire globe. Yes Jews, Muslims, and Christians worship the same god they just have different ways of doing it and it all sprang from JUDAISM. Major difference is that some Muslims(I emphasize some) believe that people who worship any of "god's" religions, Judaism Christianity and Islam, can get into heaven while I have yet to meet a Christian/Catholic who says that Jews or Muslims can go to heaven without renouncing their religion and taking the "right" path. I mean the Quran at least looks at Jesus as a prophet but I have yet to see a Jew or Christian say that Mohamed was a prophet.

Yea, its the price we pay for doing it. However, unlike MEC1 where we did our best to ignore religions and politics...MEC2 is embracing it. The hard part is to be sure to stay as neutral as possible, since the worst thing would be to be viewed as Israeli or Arab propaganda.
