METAL DOOM is a series of mods that I have started to make, and as I began to look at what I could do to Doom 3, I found more and more things that I wanted to add to it. The main areas I wanted to focus on, in order of most important to least, are: -Adding a metal soundtrack (My tastes are Melodic/Power/Glory/Death Metal) -Creating a hyper-intense experience similar to DOOM I & II. -Making use of Brutal Exotic Weapons, and optionally designing a set of more crude weapons, while keeping the game's enemies hard and vicious. -Altering the monster AI to respond to threats and form tactics quicker. -Speeding up the gameplay in various ways. -Improved menu, allowing Advanced Configuration Options. -Other map-based improvements. *** NOTE *** I am open to suggestions, but I am a gamer first, a programmer second and artist third. *** IMPORTANT: This mod is still under heavy development, and is in the early Pre-Alpha phase.
