My first mod strictly focused on horror (my third mod overall). Small mixture of usual Amnesia atmosphere and few new ideas.
Story description: The story is about conspiration. What if certain reporter finds out too much about local baron's activities? What if he gets captured and taken to a place nobody knows about? Is there a way to escape?

I downloaded it and put the folders in the amnesia directory but when I launch the .bat it like stays up for about half a second and does nothing

Try launching the .bat file as an administrator
I am really sorry for you having these trouble, I am not sure if this happens when you try launching other full conversion mods, I can only recommend usual solutions.
1. Make sure you have Justine DLC installed (or Machine for pigs patch) and it is working correctly
2. Make sure you placed the folder in right directory (sometimes it goes to redist and when there is no redist you put it into main Amnesia folder)
3. If you have other full conversion mods installed it may create chaos in the engine so it is recommended not to have other mods installed.

There is troubleshooting and also help for users of MAC and other OS. I am not saying this will solve everything but it may help.
Does this need machine for pigs to work?
No it is not needed, it works with or without it. But Justine is definetly needed that is for sure.
Would you happen to know what I do after downloading the mod (I use steam) I dragged and dropped the folders from the mod into my amnesia directory but I got to use the full_launch.bat nothing happens I did the same thing with a few other mods the same way and they worked without a issue but this is the only one I have the issue with Might I be missing something? or possibly am not doing something correct with the folders?
... It is possible. I do not know what other full conversion mods did you use but I know that there are 2 kinds of full conversion mods. 1st kind is like White Night for example, when you merge the folders with usual Amnesia folders (entities - wnentities, config - wnconfig etc.) and this is the other kind that has its own folder and you do not merge the folders but you place the whole folder (fullconversion_1) in the main Amnesia folder. It is in the installation guide, but I am not sure if that is the problem, maybe there is some setting in your Amnesia installation that is causing the trouble when running this.
Well ummm.....hehehe call me dumb but i found out why it wouldn't launch.....instead of me putting the fullconversion_1 folder itself inside the amnesia fold I was putting the contents of the fullconversion_1 inside my amnesia there for doing all of the merging and replacing of somethings so instead I just put the fullconversion_1 folder in there and now it works like a charm

Yes I saw the video, I connected the name with moddb so I noticed that is the guy I was helping with installation.

In that case it should work fine. Machine for pigs is not necessary to run.
WTF!?!??! i cant launch this, i press the full_launcher but when i do the CMD comes then the map start but after a second it kicks me out and when i try to go back in it then it kick me out again and my cursor gets stuck in the upper corner (i am not using the steam version) PLZ HELP!

Hello, I am not sure why is it happening, I did not see that happen before. So the game starts lagging when you look at him or immediately after he appears? I do not have much suggestions for you, maybe you can try removing other installed mods, or reinstall the mod. As I said, not sure, I do not know about any case like this.
It lags as soon as he is in my sight,both his spawn sequence and later parts of the custom story which involve him .
