This mod takes place during the Black Mesa incident. You take on the role of a HECU Marine as you fight your way through different sections of the facility and carry out varied missions. *This is not a rebuild of any game, but features areas from Half-life, Blue Shift & Opposing force in the Half-Life fashion.

This is a fix for the crash on launch issue caused by steampipe long ago, Extract with Winrar or equivalent, Replace the gameinfo.txt in your sourcemods/blackmesafallback with the new version. - Edit - A new version of this file has been posted, For some reason the new mesa-fallback gameinfo was causing the game to randomly disapear from the Games list. (May require steam restart) Launch mod.

help wehn i put in the new gameinfo in and start it up it just closes with something about backround01 being missing
This fix didn't work for me and crashed on startup. Ironic, huh? I reinstalled using malortie's "obsolete" patch and it worked perfectly.
