I like how the cloak is closer to the character (especially at the bottom), and that the cloak also covers the shoulders a bit. HUGE improvement over the cloak mod that has been created, the bottom of the cloak would stick out from the character model about 1 to 1 1/2 feet, and wasn't as tight to the character's back as this one looks to be, just didn't look natural. Can't wait for MERP's full release.

The problem with "capes and cloaks" is that it uses the wieghting of the standard skeleton. So when you walk, your feet clip through the bottom of the cloak. Thus the reason why they are so far away. We've made a custom skeleton with bones and animations for the cloak. Also included are skirts, tunics, and dresses.

so, for doing the mod i guess you guys used that cloth physics, to create the details right? but for gamebryo engine it is going to be a static model with a animation? thats FANTASTIC, i hope you guys can make it looks anything close to realistic!!
