The goal of this mod is to give the player the possibility to build up a trade empire, with buildable manufactures in the city's, buyable land in the villages, your own caravans and so on. Cause you need consumers, a population system has been implemented, with 3 classes of people (Worker, Merchant and Rich), with different demands. Every city and village produces it's own goods, based on location and culture. The political system has been changed, npcs now have a character that influences theyr behavior. They try to kill each other not only on battlefields. There are also changes to the campaign and battlefield AI, completly new troops, hundreds of new items, scenes and much more.
A big step to the final version, with this version the trooptrees got a revamp, building prices are introduced and many changes got implemented. To play this version start a new game,this version is not savegame compatible to older versions. All "Texture Missing Errors" shold be corrected n this version.
When unzipping and putting into my "warband modules" folder, it gets about half way and a window pops up telling me "write errror in the file Mercantilism Mod\Textures\helm_tryk_c.DDS. Probably the disk is full" I know for a fact I have enough space. Any idea what the problem is? I'm using Winrar. It's happened with other mods but only mods for warband.
You might have too many mods take some out.
I have zero other mods in the modules folder. Still doing it.
Maybe your C: drive is full, some programs unpack files first into a temporary folder on the C:-drive and then copy them. Had this problem a few times.
I think I found it. I had to go manually and extract the file through winrar.

how do you get food for party?
You can buy it on the peasant market. Fish, Grain and other foods get consumed 1 unit per day per 3 troops (without cooking skill).

hey i got 1 wish could u try to add a plugin to make ur own troops,castles,chance the name from lords to whatever u put in and stuff just a kingdom management expanded

Renaming Castles and others, is an idea i was thinking about some days ago, it should be possible to do, but there might be minor errors in dialogs and maybe other paces.
If custom troops inst already added, it would be awesome if you could add it.
So this version got updated too, it now also contains some new features i was working on the last days. Hope there are no errors or crashes anymore :-)

If you donwloaded one of the former 0.72 versions the patch is enough.
If not then this version is patched and should run without bigger problems and no patch is needed.

when i put the mod in the modules folder, i started M&B Warband and i could not find it! then i re-installed it, but i still could not find it! please help!
