So this is it, the Yuri's HQ? I don't expect the allies to take him on, and it's an Epsilon mission. So I guess it'll be Epsilon taking on the Paradox as some boss unit, and... judging by mission names like Reality Check and Withershins (counter-clockwise) I assume something is going to get messed up once the machine is destroyed. Maybe it has a trump card time travel capability that will thrust both Yuri's and Allied forces into the past for Yuri to come victorious? Or something?
This Yuri statue reminds me of a real-life Lenin statue. Now, this is the first and only mission to feature functional Colossus.
Probably the intent. Showing the "New World Order" Yuri has established.

I was getting a "Yurified Moscow" feel myself. Defending Moscow from allied chronosphere assault.

i wonder if authors know about real plan Unthinkable in history..
i dont know why part of me thinks foehn revolt will appear in this mission and interrupt the fighting between yuri and the allies
They've confirmed that Time-Travel will never exist in Mental Omega from 3.0 going forward. Also, Foehn doesn't secretly exist without any history to it, and will not just pop into existence out of nowhere and with no explanation. They are yet to be formed, and the Origins missions will hopefully feature their development process and struggles they face along the way.
The origin missions of foehn will tell us how did they went to war against epsilon in unthinkable or fatal impact, and how and why they exist.
At this point in the campaign and from bits and pieces on the Mental Omega site, my prediction is this: Yuri will decisively win Act2, taking over and mind-controlling almost the entire world. The only exception will be Alaska, where the remnants of Yuri's enemies (obviously Yunru and Rashidi's followers, probably what's left of the Allies and Soviet forces in America) will create the Foehn revolt. Hence Alaska literally becoming the "Last Bastion" against Yuri's domination.
Foehn campaign will then be "Act3" (beginning a few years after the end of Act2), and will be about the Foehn fighting back and freeing the world from Yuri's control.
Nice Idea! i hope this prediction would be true, this will make the mod very balanced, there is no mod with a plot where yuri controls the world then a rising heroes finish off the main enemy.

If I was to be honest, the statue ain't big enough. Needs to go toe-to-toe with the statue of liberty.
