Nah, just make it replace the 100's of Ambulances that people used to get when the didn't install the NPatch, no need for it to be an easter egg. :P
Well, MO3.0 uses Ares and own launcher and own names to not have such bloatware issues with the game at all, so no way usual fool would see such.
