A free unofficial expansion pack for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge, which retells, expands and continues the story of the original game. Enhanced with Ares DLL, Mental Omega strives to bring many new features to the game, including a 133-mission campaign, cooperative and a brand new faction: the Foehn Revolt.
In Beta Revision 2 of Mental Omega 3.0 the method of reaching higher technology tiers is modified. After you construct the Refinery and Power Plant, you can build the Airforce Command HQ & one of three special buildings which are different depending on which subfaction you use.
Each of these three buildings grants you access to a special unit and a set of support powers unique for the subfaction. Additionally, to reach full T3 technology you'll require both Allied Tech Center and one of these special buildings. United States: Mercury Uplink (Mercury Strike, Target Painter, access to Warhawk and Drop Control upgrade for ACHQ)
Euro Alliance: Shield Command (Force Shield, Lightning Rod, access to Mirage Tank)
Pacific Front: Robot Ops Center (Zephyrobot, Tengu Strike, access to Zephyr Artillery)
The Drop Control upgrade for Airforce Command HQ is unique to the United States and grants them access to Airborne and Bloodhounds.
The Coordnode replaces the Comet Fence for Euro Alliance. It is a special structure that boosts the firepower of defenses nearby by 10%.

Just my humble opinion. Shield Command looks a bit out of "RA2 style". Too much gradient and smoothness, and building itself is too low. Coordnode needs a small amount of black color, maybe some black lines will make it look more "sharp", like other RA2 buildings. Drop Control looks great. Waiting for BR2.
That's because the building was from our Pre-RA2 mod. It was originally the Alpha version of the Spy Satellite. And in my opinion it fits perfectly...

doesn't look 100% the same as building you show us now. And in terms of style match remake is not as good as original building. And it seems like current version has wrong perspective, look on the old one and I think you also will notice a little difference in perspective.
the problem here is the little bit wrong light imo
It's because it was custom modeled, so of course it cannot be 100% perfect. But as we've already discussed it does need a bit of a light reduction the white areas.
In shield command put the bottom and top white lines in gray and looks good

I agree on the shield command that building looks somewhat cheap compared to the remaining stock buildings. To much blue in my opinion (team color elements) and probably few missing building details. Other than that awesome work as usual. :)
