Hi there!
As said above, i've just uploaded mod's V2 for download; took some time to finish some details, but i think it was worth it :)
V2 features the second map of the USA Campaign, "Order April", as well as some other minor stuff. You can check the details on the changelog, wich is on the mod's v2 download.
Also, i've setup the mod's forum here, so you can comment, suggest ideas or report bugs:

Hey man, i'm having an issue with the mod, when i load the mission, only blue models of the soldiers appear and i can't do anything
That could mean your mod files are corrupted; A secondary cause could be that you have an old mod version. You should have the 1.2.2 version of the mod, but should work on the 1.2 beta version as well. Can't assure that it will work on the old 1.1 version.
Where do i find the 1.2.2 version of the mod?
Unfortunately, that version is no longer for download, at least not on the mod page here at moddb :S
