MEHEM is a reinterpretation of the endings of Mass Effect 3, which allows Commander Shepard to survive the final mission, among many other changes. It features custom videos and slides, re-engineered gameflow, original as well as re-arranged voice acting, new music, etc.
Description
This is the installer for MEHEM v0.5 (see changelog in the mod description. Simply download the zip archive, extract the installer, run it and follow the instructions on screen.

Can I make this work on the xbox or is that impossible? Please respond as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, there is currently no way t make this mod work on the xbox. Even if we could adapt the code and mod data, the main part of the problem is that the console is protected against this kind of modification, so a hardware mod to unlock the console would be required and we don't want people to mess up their consoles. Same goes for the PS3. Sorry.

Unfortunately, the XBox (and the PS3) are very unfriendly to mods. Even if you were to translate the mod itself to the console somehow, you'd still need to mod your hardware in order to make it run. So I'm afraid there is currently no way to translate the mod to consoles. Sorry.
Damn, I want this so badly. Thanks for the info, and just a question would it be possible to give it a ME2 type end game? Like you can still go around cuddle with your romance partner, do the Armax Arsenal Arena and just silly stuff like that?
Not exactly but check out CEM (the Citadel Epilogue Mod) by Deager. It provides some further post ending gameplay.
why can't i at all Download MEHEM v0.5 Installer. It installs it but then says it can't work. so i am asking why this is. is there something wrong with it or is it something wrong with my PC

It's a rar archive. Windows should be able to extract it but if you can't try to download Winrar to extract the file (just google winrar, should be easy to find, it's free).

Sobban1016 a lot of people could have issues. Your Install was easy but for someone that doesn't know how to install mods or isn't really tech savy is going to have issues
The installer is self executing and will guide you through the process. Basically, installing the mod works just like installing any other program, just double click the setup file and follow the instructions on the screen.
dude i have other mod instaled from my mass effect 3 the MOAM v2.8 if i download that mod a conflict will happen or not? and its is only download the mod install it and nothing more? from what I understand it appears to be
Yes, MEHEM v0.5 and MOAM will work together without issues.
And yes, just download the file, start the installer and follow the instructions on screen.
Hi! I have a big problem with this mod... after the conversation with Anderson and the scene where Joker wants to rescue Shep and some soldier graps Shep's hand, the game loads and then there is just a black screen. I can hear if i shoot and the steps if i walk around. I'm able to open the menu and if i load the autosave, there's my Shep on the Catalyst. She is able to walk around, but I can't do anything else.
I tried everything to fix this... I deleted the local_profile.sav and also changed the dlls and so on. I even reinstalled the MEHEM-Mod.
I play the german version, if this helps to find a solution.
Sorry for my bad English. I really want to see my Shep's happy ending (with Garrus) :(
Unfortunately, MEHEM v0.5 currently only supports the English version of the game. For the mod to work, you need to set the game language to English. This will be addressed in the next version. Sorry for the inconvenience.
how do i know the mod is working ??? i have installd it but how do i activate it
The mod does not need to be activated. If it is installed, it should just kick in at the ending.
You should also get a few new emails during your playthrough (the first one, you should already have when first checking emails, it will have the subject line "Our debt to you").
Should i download this v.5 or wait a while for a possible newer version ?

No way u can make this mod work on Xbox 360 ? now thier have it where u can have mods on Xbox got to be a way I have mods,for other games hope it can be done
