There are four new gems, and oh yeah, 20 new runes. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
How the hell did u get a perfect gem??
Probably rubbed against another Gem till it was solid! :D
it only takes 2 gems or 2 runes to upgrade it to the next gem or rune so it makes it alot easier to get pgems i made a nueter pally,lvl 24, and i accumilated 4 pgems b4 i left act1
