Maxwell's World 2.0.7 file

This mod has mostly been taken over by the same team that currently maintains my other mods for Skyrim. As a conventional changelog would be absolutely enormous, suffice to say this represents a huge amount of fixes, improvements, and across the board optimizations to the entire mod. Players who had issues with frozen scenes, or just the game not playing in general, will find it playable to completion.
