Max Payne mod for Grand Theft Auto 3 expands the Max Payne Universe to GTA 3. Its more along the lines of a "what if" situation story wise, but really a crossover between the two universes more or less. Instead of Max Payne being loose in New York City after the events in Max Payne 1, he is on the loose in Liberty City. Its just something for those who still play GTA 3 and want something new to try out. (Max Payne mod might be the fastest mod made for GTA 3 the first version was compiled together in under an hour.)
Max Payne Mod v1.1 has been released for GTA3. It Changes a few things from the last version, mainly the most noticeable is everything is covered in snow now. All you need to run it is a clean install of GTA 3. You can download v1.1 here. Also the website has had a major update, drop by the site and

Oh well, it's pretty cool, and if I had the pc version, I'd try it.
do the cars and the main player leave snow tracks?
Even if it doesn't, it looks amazing :D
