I didn't want to conceptualize something that didn't really fit to the turians. Truth is, the turians have their particular design and each ship (from frigate to dreadnought) seems to keep it. Therefore, I wanted to work on complex elements to make it different but still turian.
Nach77 on DeviantArt did good concepts about turian ships. However I don't really enjoy the way they fit to the turians.
