Update: For the Reapers it has been decided that the Sovereign class capital Reaper will have its arms semi-open. As stated before it is a very hard and long process to make movable parts for models in Sins of a Solar Empire and so as a compromise, the Sovereign class Reapers will have their arms semi-open.

I vote Reapers, number one reason because..........well do I have to say it, they own everyone (on their own) but even then the Galaxy needed the Crucible to take them down, which would mean the would have lost without it

I like Cerberus, I have only played up to ME2, and they look like bad guys in ME3, so I vote Cerberus based on ME2
(spoiler) Agreed. In ME3 the Illusive man became indoctrinated (he has resisted it very long) and turned every Cerberus member into puppets for the Reapers. In ME2, they had some extreme methods, but they only wanted it for the good of humanity.
And they have kick-*** ships, I vote Cerberus.

My Votes for Cerberus.
Main reason is a corporate power that does necessary evils to advance humanity, while knowing it has to be done regardless of outcome. I trust their intentions more than the council lol

I'm hesitating between Council and Reapers but i vote for Council they have the coolest fleet (Evrest,The destiny ascension , Turian dread,...)

Seeing as this game will undoubtedly be balanced, and you have put forward the idea that it is the job of the Council and Cerberus to prepare to fight of the Reapers, not make an instant quick assault and Zerg Rush the game, I believe you intend for there to be an actual battle that is unaffected by writer's wants of a Deus Ex Machina in this mod. In such a fight, my money is on the Council over the Reapers, due to the sheer size of their fleets.
The description of the Cerberus Thanix Titan makes it sound like you'll be doing the guns justice, rather than reducing them down to a "Could be awesome weapon, but we want there to be a reason for the Crucible" weapon, and with Thanix guns and a crapload of ships, the Reapers don't stand a chance.
