Plot

In 2013, Wesinnati (City in Ohaio) was like any other day. busy traffic, bored co-workers, cloudy skies, pretty much like any other city. But all of that changed in one day. Evil alien forces known as "The Universal Union" (a.k.a The Combine) have raided earth, destroying everything in their paths!
Mark Fischbach (Markiplier), a small "YouTuber" living in the "San Marcos" neighborhood was raided In his home by Combine forces; hence, forcing him to leave the house. But now it is up to Mark, his childhood friends, "Rachel Lockridge", "Daniel Wilson", and his new friend "Francisco Arguelles" to stop the Combine forces from destroying life on earth!

We have so many plans for the mod, we decided to share some ideas of what we are planning to add in this mod!
1. New Customized Weapons
This is a goal we want to accomplish because we never made any custom weapons before, and this mod will not only be our first one to release , but it will also be our first with custom weapons!
2. Unique Game-play
We all know that the "Combines-taking-over-the-world" genre is over-used in the Half-Life 2 Modding Community, but that's not necessarily true that a Mod cannot have potential and unique game-play. We hope that in our future trailer that we will be able to show the unique game-play that we will include for this mod! We will be featuring puzzles, intense action, crazy cut-scenes, and many more!
3. Story, Extra, and Bonus Modes!
When you have completed Story Mode, you will be able to play "Extra Mode" and "Bonus Mode". Both including separate stories of their own (Both mode's stories are not related to the actual Story Mode).
4. and Many More!

PRE-ALPHA RELEASE COMING SOON
Finally Guys! After a year of me slacking around, I'm finally getting close to the point where I will release at-least a Pre-Alpha for you guys! I'm doing this so you guys can get an idea of how the mod is going to turn out at the end. It won't show too much but thanks to all of the support I've been getting, For sure in the final version I will make this the BEST Markiplier Fan-Made game! Oh, and also for the rest of you good people :)

Just a reminder for everyone that those who want to play the mod will need the following games in order for the mod to work properly:
* Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
* Counter-Strike: Source
* Source 2013 SinglePlayer (Free on Steam Tools menu)
without any of these games, you will be experiencing purple and black invasions and many error models in my mod!

well guys, it seems like my PC is going to take a little longer than I thought, due to my family's budget being in jeopardy. So I knew i wasn't going to be modding markiplier for a long while, so while you guys wait, I've decided to give you guys screenshots of the very first map of the pre-alpha release version, months before my PC broke down!

A Markiplier Mod?
BookMARKed and checking back every now and then, we must get Mark to play this when it is 100% finished!
I'm a big fan of Mark, he saved me from the void of depression and I am eternally grateful to everything related to him (except explicit s***).

Is Tiny Box Tim going to be in here? Bob and Wade? Is the HEV Suit going to be the warfstache? Is the vehicle he's going to use going to be the Nota-Pe-Nis? These would be awesome! :D
Unfortunately, I won't be adding Tiny Box Tim, Warfstache Hev Suits or anything like that. The mod might have references based on bob and wade, but they won't be seen in the game.
My goal for this mod is to make it suitable for those who do AND don't know markiplier. Basically making this game suited for everyone, so I really don't want to add so many markiplier-oriented stuff in the game, because many people would get confused or just simply won't like it. After all, this mod has a serious and complex storyline!
