Hello there! This is my first "mod" for Call of duty, and it's about WEAPONS! I've collected the best and the most realistic weapon skins from different modders and I've personally edited most of them. I've added the "no zoom" feature, giving more overall realism to each firefight. The sounds of the weapon has changed as well: The US and German's weaponry sounds are taken from Brothers in Arms, for English and Russian Weaponry I've used some repertory sounds. THIS MOD IS STILL IN DEVELOPMENT, but I'm gonna give you a chance to give a try to what I've done so far. Please note that many sound effects and skins will eventually improve. Enjoy!

I found some bugs.

1. I can see the muzzleflash of the normal thompson through the wall.
2. If i try to make a new game in UO, i get an error message "2 sound(s) file is missing or in bad format." Maybe because i can not find the Carcano's and the MAB38's sound file in the files.

Oh, and a request:

Could you add the Beretta Pistol to the game?

-try to remove the mod...do you still see the Thompson muzzle flashes through wall? Actually, don't know what causes this glitch...
-Damn...maybe I forgot to put the sound files into the pk3 archive....easy fix, don't worry! I'll upload the correct version asap

It would be hard to implement, since, as far as I know, AI doesn't use their secondary weapons...and I cannot modify the map itself (you cannot modify a compiled .bsp file).
If you need the beretta for one of your project, let me know :)

The muzzleflashes aren't so important. I can play with it.

No problem. I added some sounds for them.

I know they doesn't use it. Except some officers and the heavy machine gunners.
I want the beretta just for fun. I love italian weapons.

Well...the muzzleflashes trough walls bothers me a lot...
I'll test some old versions of the mods to check if the problem was there as well...
And I plan to release the fix for the sound tomorrow...

I know what causes this. In the weapons file for the thompson, under WorldFlashEffect, it says "standardflashview.efx" when it should be "standardflashworld.efx."

Great.

But i found more bugs:
1. Carcano and MAB38 has no icon.
2. (I don't think it's a bug, but i mention it) Why did you add italian weapon to the map Noville?
3. MAB38's ammo capacity is 40.
4. Carcano's ammo capacity is 6.
5. Carcano's reload is a little bit buggy.
6. The front and the back guns in the Bomber, has no muzzleflashes. (Maybe it's a gamebug, not from the mod.)

By the way, if you need sounds for the italian weapon, send a message to me.

1. Easy fix...I've made a mess between original game files and the mod files.
2.Yes, this is a bug...Im checking it right now. In what part of the mission you found those weapons? They were used by AI or they were simply on some table or such?

Are you going to put the carcano and mab in the main game? If not, could you delete the carcano and mab weapon files from the mod for Call of Duty 1? Because my mod no longer works with yours because there are too many weapons, over 63.

If there are no bugs in this release, I'll post another version without the carcano and mab files into the main game...
Can I ask you what's the error message that is displayed?

Amazing mod, so far my biggest problem is that the german weapon sounds aren't very satisfying. Everything else is top notch.

Try to restart the mission!
If it doesn't work, open the console and tipe: map (name of the mission you are currently playing)
