MacWolf is a port of the Mac version of Wolf3d to the PC version. Why? Because the Mac version boasted better graphics and sounds, and had levels the PC users never got to enjoy. This brings the oppurtunity for the PC community to give it a try. It is not a completly new game or a direct port of the Mac version - rather it is a mod for Wolf3d taking advantage of new coding features discovered over the past year or so, including 128x128 'double-resolution' graphics. These make it possible for MacWolf to exist.
