Some time ago, I was thinking about to make Duke Nukem 'Lunar Apocalypse' episode for Doom 3. I have been searching in the web to ensure that nobody made this before, and then, I decided to start it. My intention is not to make a "clone" of the levels, but a personal version, with some differences and more detailed/modern design. I have finished the first level, "Spaceport" (also known as 'E2L1'), and now I'm in the middle of "Fusion Station" (E2L4). There are a total of 9 levels (secret levels will not be included). In addition to the maps, another features are not in my mind (excerpt the skybox and some texture), but it's possible to use monsters from my last mod, 'Hell In Time' (2014). It will take my time, so I don't know when this could be finished, but I will inform with advances frequently. For the moment, I upload some screenshots, wich show a view from original maps (Duke Nukem) at right bottom corner.

Awesome work.
Hope to see you implement that space helmet thing for the outdoor parts... I remember those space suits that are placed here and there in Original Duke3d was supposed to be used for that but it couldn´t be implemented, or something.

Anyways, I hope this doens´t get shut down, like all the other remake attempts at this game.

Currently adding details, fixes and the rest of stuff (sounds, lightning...) to the level. I hope to finish it along next week. At the moment, I uploaded two new screenshots from outside areas.

After a little break, I resumed the development of the maps. In next days I will upload some new screenshots from "Incubator", wich is near to be finished.

And as new, I decided to do it supported only for 'RoE', to take Double Shotgun, enemies and another features from it.

I understand if the answer is no, but will it be BFG edition compatible? I got that version because it has most of the Doom content I wanted and the wads are compatible with gzdoom. Otherwise, this looks amazing and I'm glad that Duke 3d is getting some love. It's also the only game I'm halfway decent at making levels for.

Hi!
I would like that, but the problem is that BFG wasn't thinked for allow user mods (as I can see) and doesn't uses the same files system. I've rode that there are some tools to convert and make it compati-ble, but I haven't used it and could require extra work, including to publish the mod twice (one for standard game, one for BFG).

Regards!
